Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese health practice combining gentle movement, breathing techniques, visualization and meditation to cultivate and balance ones Qi (life energy). Often described as “energy work”, Qi Gong improves physical, mental and spiritual well being, and is a commonly used for stress reduction and healing.
Qi Gong integrates slow, flowing movements, static postures, isometrics, deep breathing and focused intent. It is known to reduce stress and anxiety, improve balance and flexibility, increase energy levels and supports immune function. It is considered safe and accessible for all age groups and fitness levels.
